Payment on all orders by PayPall only.
Check back to our policies for changes.
All our shipments are sent out via registered mail and a tracking number will be provided.
Please, check shipping time tables under each item, before placing an order.
Please, do take into consideration the following estimated delivery times when placing your order:
- Europe- 5-10 working days
-Outside Europe- 15-20 working days.
(This is an estimate based on our experience, not a fixed science unfortunately, and we do not have control over it, therefore we ask for your patience while waiting for your items).
1. Import duties, custom taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping and handling. As each country has its own policies towards international commerce, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please make sure to check with your country’s customs office what these additional costs might/will be prior to placing an order.
2. We ship to the address stated on the invoice only. Please, do make sure your address is up to date and correctly stated to avoid return of your item. Returned items will be shipped once more, after payment of the new shipping costs.
3. We make every effort to package your items in the most secure way. We pay extra attention to the packaging and wrapping of our glass items. We cannot take responsibility for damaged packages during shipment.
In case of lost packages during shipment we would advise you to contact your postal services first of all, with the tracking number provided with your shipment notice.
